Private: it runs in your browser and your file is never uploaded. How to check it
We do not send the contents of your files or text to any server: everything is processed in your browser’s memory. No account is needed, there is no daily quota and we use no analytics or trackers. Each tool has size limits to protect your device’s memory.
A connection is only needed to load the site. After that you can disconnect and the tools keep working (some previews may need the connection). Hosting may receive technical visit data. Favorites store only tool identifiers in this browser.
How we handle your data →Combine a cover, report and appendices in delivery order. Each file contributes all of its pages.
sample-2-pages.pdf (B1, B2) + sample-3-pages.pdf (A1, A2, A3).
One 5-page PDF: B1, B2, A1, A2, A3.

Select documents and arrange files in delivery order. Complete blocks are combined; use Interleave PDFs for alternating fronts and backs. Download the copy and check document boundaries before sharing.
Merging PDFs is useful when a submission requires one attachment but your material is spread across a form, supporting documents and an appendix. The operation places every page of the first document before every page of the next. Prepare a delivery sequence before choosing files, then compare that sequence with the visible list. File names help identify each document, but they do not override the order selected in the tool.
Documents can contain different page sizes and orientations. A landscape chart does not need to become a portrait page merely to accompany an A4 report. Check how the combined document will print if a physical copy is required. Merging also does not necessarily make files smaller: original photographs and scanned pages still contribute to the output size. When an application portal sets a file size limit, inspect the downloaded file’s actual size before submitting it.
Pay particular attention to document boundaries: the last page of each input and the first page of the next. This catches repeated appendices, misplaced covers and accidentally included documents. Extract a selection first when only a few pages are needed. For front and back scans saved separately, choose Interleave PDFs instead. Keep the source files and check signatures and interactive features in the new copy, since composing a new document may change how those features work.
For a trial submission, choose three documents identifiable by their covers and record their intended sequence in a note. After merging, inspect every transition against that note and confirm that the total page count equals the sum of the inputs. This is more useful than opening only the first page: a correct cover can conceal a misplaced appendix near the end. Give the combined copy a delivery specific name so it is easy to distinguish from its source documents.
Download the result or copy the text before opening another tool. Then load or paste it into the next step; content is not transferred automatically.

Yes, from your phone’s browser (Safari, Chrome…) and without installing any app. When it finishes, the file is saved from the browser itself: on iPhone it appears in the Files app and on Android in Downloads. With very large files the phone may run out of memory; try a smaller file or a computer.
