Your files are processed here, on your device
We do not send the contents of your files or text to any server: everything is processed in your browser’s memory. No account is needed, there is no daily quota and we use no analytics or trackers. Each tool has size limits to protect your device’s memory.
A connection is only needed to load the site. After that you can disconnect and the tools keep working (some previews may need the connection). Hosting may receive technical visit data. Favorites store only tool identifiers in this browser.

Delete PDF pages: uses and practical guidance
Deleting PDF pages removes blank sheets, repeated covers or appendices that do not belong in a particular delivery. Select the positions to discard while retaining the rest of the document. This is convenient when the unwanted portion is small. If you only need a short fragment from a much larger record, Extract PDF pages expresses that selection more directly and avoids listing many pages for deletion.
Identify sheets by actual file positions rather than relying only on their printed numbers. An extra cover can shift the entire sequence. Check that selected pages do not contain explanations needed to understand neighbouring content. A seemingly empty sheet may also ensure that a chapter starts on the intended side during duplex printing. Decide whether the final document is intended for reading on screen or printing before removing that separator.
Review the output page count and the new boundaries created by each deletion. Written cross references and the contents page are not automatically updated. Removing an entire page is also different from redacting a sentence inside another page or clearing document metadata. When handling confidential information, review the complete file and use an appropriate method for the information involved. Retain the original separately so a removed sheet can be recovered if the recipient later changes the requested selection. Inspect the actual downloaded copy before sending it.
A practical check before using the result
For appendix removal, prepare an exclusion list and compare it with thumbnails from the correct file version. Positions may have changed if the reference came from an earlier copy. After deletion, inspect the join between surviving sheets and read their final and opening sentences. This catches removals leaving an explanation incomplete. Confirm that the recipient did not need an identification sheet or an apparently secondary legend. Selection should follow the delivery’s purpose rather than simply minimize page count. Check the downloaded attachment again when several edited copies have similar names.
Settings and limits
Enter pages or ranges to delete. At least one page must remain.
Up to 120 MB and 500 pages per document. Output copies also support up to 500 pages. Encrypted PDFs are unsupported. Check links, forms, annotations and signatures after editing a document. Available memory may require smaller batches.
Frequently asked questions
Are contents and printed numbers updated?
No. Complete sheets are removed and the others retained. Review references and add new numbering after finalizing the order.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Your file and result are processed locally in your browser. No account is needed.
Is it free, and do I need to sign up?
Yes, it is free. You do not need to sign up, create an account or install an app, and there is no daily quota: open the tool and use it. The only limits are file sizes, which protect your device’s memory.
Does it leave a watermark on the result?
No. Snipshed adds no watermark, logo or text of its own to the files you download: the result is yours exactly as you configured it.
Is quality lost?
No. Pages are copied as they are into the new PDF, without recompressing text, images or graphics, so quality is identical to the original.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, from your phone’s browser (Safari, Chrome…) and without installing any app. When it finishes, the file is saved from the browser itself: on iPhone it appears in the Files app and on Android in Downloads. With very large files the phone may run out of memory; try a smaller file or a computer.
Guides
Add copies beside their originals and distinguish extra copies from total appearances.
Create dividers or note space before or after selected sheets while matching their dimensions.
Rebuild double-sided scans by alternating files and correct back-side pages saved in reverse order.
